ORDINANCE: 2722 An ordinance approving the sale of city property at the corner of Crawford Avenue and 12th Street, TR Lot A Blk 1, North Highlands Add, and providing an effective date and setting a hearing date. ORDINANCE: 2723 An ordinance amending Chapter 22, Article III of the Steamboat Springs Revised Municipal Code, which pertains to the City's excise tax for solar projects; removing building permit fees for solar projects; providing an effective date and repealing all conflicting ordinances. ORDINANCE: 2724 An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Steamboat Springs, Colorado approving an agreement extending the term of an electric utility franchise agreement between the City of Steamboat Springs and the Yampa Valley Electric Association.
