The Oak Creek Planning Commission will be considering a Land Use Change of Minor Impact for Bensbest PBC, Mark Wellstone, General Manager, to use existing commercial space as an office and for marijuana storage and minimal processing/packaging on property located at 200 S Sharp St, Unit A, Oak Creek, Assessor's Parcel ID 100805001, in Performance District 1. Those wishing to comment on this project may do so by submitting a written letter to the Town of Oak Creek Administrator/Clerk at PO Box 128, Oak Creek, CO 80467, by emailing Email Me, or by attending the Planning Commission meeting on September 30, 2020 beginning at 6:00 pm. The Oak Creek Board of Trustees will consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission at a meeting to be held on October 8, 2020 beginning at 6:00 pm. The meetings will be held in the Board Room, Oak Creek Town Hall, 129 Nancy Crawford Blvd., Oak Creek and via Zoom online meetings. A link to the meeting will be in the meeting agenda will be available no less than 24 hours prior to the meeting.
