NOTICE IS HEREBY, GIVEN that the Steamboat Springs City Council on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, adopted the following ordinances on first reading: PROPOSED ORDINANCE:

An ordinance creating a new Special Revenue Fund to account for the taxes collected in relation to the 2 mil property tax for fire and emergency medical services named Fire and EMS Tax Fund. PROPOSED ORDINANCE:

An ordinance extending the suspension and modification of Community Development Code and Liquor Regulations for the purpose of permitting local retail and restaurant businesses to adjust their operations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and State and local public health orders. PROPOSED ORDINANCE:

Seventh supplemental appropriation ordinance of 2020. General Fund - $0; Expenditures - $330,500; Use of Reserves - $330,500; Utility Funds – Revenue - $0 Expenditures - $16,550; Use of Reserves - $16,500; Airport Fund – Revenue - $0; Expenditures- $6,050; Use of Reserves - $6,050; Golf Fund – Revenue - $0; Expenditures - $5,085; Use of Reserves - $5,085; Fleet Fund – Revenue - $0; Expenditures - $6,315; Use of Reserves - $6,315.
The above ordinances are scheduled for Second Reading/Public Hearing at the Steamboat Springs City Council Regular Meeting on October 20, 2020 beginning at 5:00 p.m., in Citizens' Meeting Room, Centennial Hall, 124 10th Street, Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The meeting will be held partially remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic affecting the City. The public may observe and participate via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/985289877 or by calling 1-888-475-4499, meeting ID 985-289-877. A limited number of Council members and Staff will attend in person. There will be limited public seating and controlled access to the meeting room.
