TOWN OF HAYDEN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS: Please take notice that the Board of Adjustments (BOA) for the Town of Hayden, a Colorado home rule town, will hold a public hearing on, June 29, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Hayden Town Hall, 178 West Jefferson Avenue, Town of Hayden, Routt County, Colorado. Purpose: The Board will consider and act on a Variance Request for the subject property at 280 S. 2nd Street to permit a residential fence be constructed to eight feet (8ft.) in height for a segment of fence on the south property line. The Hayden Development Code Chapter 7.24.170 (b)(5)(iv); limits residential fences to a maximum of six feet (6ft.). The applicant indicates a desire to screen adjacent residential uses to the south with a higher fence, and plans to construct the remaining east and north property sides with a standard code compliant six-foot (6ft) residential privacy fence.
